Why I Help

I know from my time spent in the mental health field, and my own personal experience, that anxiety, stress, and depression can become so overwhelming that they immensely interfere with your quality of life. So many times we feel we are alone in our struggles, wishing we were better or stronger, which leaves us more vulnerable to listen to our innate negative side. To begin to understand yourself and the circumstances in your life, and then to build yourself up with the resources and tools for your own sustainable success is so empowering! I love helping clients explore this and figure out who they are and what they want from life.
